Bill Ritter

Head of engineering

Bill Ritter has relished an Engineering career in the Entertainment Industry for 48 years. As Chief Engineer at Electric Entertainment, for 18 years, the facilities have developed state of the art design, construction, management and effecting technical support on all projects since 2008.

Past posts include a supervising engineering role at Todd-AO Studios, later part of Ascent Media, for 21 years, building post production facilities and managing staff at multiple locations.  Also, a Systems Project Engineering position at Quad Eight Electronics (aka Quad Eight/Westrex and Mitsubishi Pro Audio Group), for 8 years, designing and manufacturing large scale audio consoles for Major Studios and international clients.

Currently a member of the Audio Engineering Society for 49 years and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for 36 years. Recent projects include DigitalCinemaProjects, HighDynamicRangeVideo, MediaAssetManagement and Streaming TV (ElectricNow).
